The site allows patients to take a more active role in their healthcare with the ability to access test preparation information, online test results and integrated e-mail correspondence.
While at imc2 I worked with the Express Scripts’ team to streamline the online registration and prescription renewal processes, while maintaining core system functionality. The end solution, which had to account for a number of factors including privacy, authorization and accessibility, significantly reduced task times and improved the overall user experience.
